In previous articles, and in our tech tutoring sessions, we’ve talked about AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools being the next level of search. Let’s put that into practice for your spring and summer planning! Instead of scrolling through endless travel blogs or recipe sites, try a “conversational” prompt using Gemini, ChatGPT, or your favorite AI app.
For the Traveler: “I’m planning a day trip within two hours of Denver. I love quiet parks and local bookstores, but I hate crowds. Where should I go?”
For the Cook: “I have chicken, a lemon, and some wilting spinach. Give me a simple recipe that takes less than 30 minutes.”
For the Tech-Curious: “Explain the difference between ‘The Cloud’ and my ‘Hard Drive’ as if I’m 10 years old.”
You can enter prompts using either your keyboard or your voice–look for the microphone icon.
AI isn’t just for big companies and tech experts—it’s a personal assistant sitting right in your pocket or on your desk, ready to help you plan anything from your next meal to your next big decision.
